Here's something that doth piss me off.

I saw another car commercial today that featured footage of a car driving on the road.

Let's make this clear, it was driving on the road. On the correct side, apparently going to speed limit. I think its headlights were even on as a courtesy to other drivers. Though the windows were tinted, there is no reason to believe the driver did not have on at least one seatbelt.

OK, got it? Car driving legally down the road. Here's what the caption said:
PROFESSIONAL DRIVER. CLOSED COURSE. DO NOT ATTEMPT.

DO NOT ATTEMPT WHAT? DRIVING ON THE FUCKING ROAD?
